Three months ago, I left a fairly generous review. Since then, I've become increasingly disappointed. My wife brought her BMW 750GS in to Chris (Dwain was again away!) for what she thought would be the usual routine annual service and ended up with a $763 bill that included work that appeared unnecessary, including spark plug replacement. What really frustrates me is that less than three months and fewer than 1,000 miles later, the chain is heavily rusted (see picture attached). Chain inspection, setup, cleaning and lube were listed on the invoice, yet the condition of the chain makes me question whether that work was actually performed. Expensive service is one thing. Paying premium prices and then having doubts about the quality of the work is another. I won't be returning as Dwain rudely suggested at the time.

Dwain has been very helpful over the past few years, but recent experiences have been frustrating enough to justify this less-than-stellar review. Dwain does solid work when available, but since he has another job and is often away, timing can be a real issue—especially if you’re trying to get your bike ready during March Madness or the Masters. More concerning was a recent service experience when my wife brought in two of our bikes to Chris (Dwain was away!) for what we expected to be our standard annual service. Instead, both were given a full tune-up (air filters, spark plugs, etc.) without prior approval—at nearly double what the dealer (Max's) charges for an annual. When we raised a legitimate concern, the dismissive tone—being told to “stop whining” and getting lectured about how to describe my wife’s mechanical competence—was completely inappropriate. Not a great way to treat returning customers. Reluctantly going back to the dealer.

Very positive experience. Dwain is a very nice guy who took very good care of my bike. He put on some really nice tires and my bike feels great! I highly recommend!

Dwain is a very kind hearted ppl guy and wether you there for a tire change or tune up he goes over the whole entire bike to make sure is 100% before it leaves his shop,and also stocks alot of parts so it's not to much waiting depending on what u trying to get done on your bike.I recommend all my fellow riders to Dwain all the time💪👍
